Social Security Disability Personal Injuries Workers Compensation Civil Rights

Personal Injury cases are usually based on a theory of negligence. Negligence involves the theory that someone failed to use reasonable care in a situation which resulted in the injury. Theses cases are highly individualized as the liability questions can be many and varied. Further, the damages issues can be unique.

If you have been injured in an automobile accident you will likely get several unsolicited mailings from attorneys who specialize almost exclusively in these cases. I do not solicit cases in this manner, however I do represent persons in Personal Injury cases.

Many of the attorneys who send letters after accidents have volume practices. I believe it is best to give each case individualized attention. It is fairly standard that fees in these cases are 1/3 of the recovery. This is also my standard fee agreement.

I would be happy to discuss the issues with you. Please call to make an appointment.
